Real Oviedo sporting director, David Fernandez, insists the club remains in control of player sales, including any potential deal for Celtic-linked Haissem Hassan.
Hassan, who featured for Egypt during their run to the last 32 of the World Cup, has caught the attention of several clubs, including Celtic and Ligue 1 runners-up Lens.
Per reports, Celtic are in discussions with Real Oviedo over the winger, who has just 12 months left on his contract. At a recent press conference, however, Fernandez said: "We are prepared for anything that might happen.

"We already have a significant portion of the squad with us. This is all a club decision.
"We’re going to try to keep the best players and let go of those who need to leave."
Celtic are expected to make more signings and see Hassan as a potential addition. Despite this interest, Fernandez has made it clear that Real Oviedo will dictate the terms of any potential exit.
He said: "Everything that happens makes us activate or deactivate things. Everything that happens is part of the job."
