We're no longer oceans apart from the first proper single-player Splatoon experience, as Splatoon Raiders is launching on July 23, later this very month.

Splatoon Raiders pre-orders are available $49.94 (Amazon) / £41.99 (Amazon) on the Nintendo Switch 2. While launch day is getting closer to shore, there's still plenty of time to secure your copy of the game and the new amiibo. There are three new figures of the Deep Cut trio to collect, starting from $24.99 (Nintendo) each in the US, or you can pick them up in a triple pack for £49.99 at Nintendo UK.

Tapping the Splatoon amiibo on your right Switch 2 Joy-Con will unlock unique outfits, including ones based on each member of Deep Cut. While that's cool enough, you can actually combine all three to make one unified amiibo display - which is why I made sure to grab mine well before I ever thought to pick up the game.
