A doctor has warned that spin classes, which use high-intensity exercise on a static bike, could contribute to incontinence in women.
Dr Philippa Kaye, writing in the Mail on Sunday, said the exercise classes designed to improve health could have serious side effects.
Dr Kaye recounted the case of a woman in her 50s who had 'begun to suffer an inability to hold on when she had the urge to pee' and had begun to ‘leak’.
