Spider-Man: Brand New Day has finally swung into theaters this week, and naturally, now that the film has rolled credits (and with a chin-scratching post-credits scene to boot), the latest chapter of Tom Holland’s wall-crawling alter-ego has sparked some questions that might not have been answered in the movie.
One plot thread that feels like it was left dangling involves the villain of the movie, or, more importantly, the ones responsible for creating this movie’s villain.
