Spencer Pratt 'will not serve either party' if he becomes LA mayor

Spencer Pratt will be a "non-partisan" mayor of Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old reality star announced earlier this week that he was running for office and has now declared that he will not "serve either party" should he win the vote, even though he is registered as a Republican.
