A Spain holidaymaker has told how she was forced to fork out €820 on her credit card after her suitcase went missing.
Jill O'Callaghan, 54, flew to Palma, Mallorca from Manchester Airport on Tuesday - but her suitcase wasn't brought onto the plane.
Despite numerous calls and emails to airline TUI, who said her luggage would arrive on the next flight over, her luggage has still not arrived as of Saturday.
