Southport restaurant helping to provide free meals to those in need this winter

A Southport restaurant is helping to provide meals for elderly people in need this winter.

Lord Street based restaurant Bistrot Pierre has joined forces with Sefton Advocacy Centre to support elderly people struggling with loneliness and the devastating impacts of the cost of living crisis this winter. The scheme allows diners celebrating the festive season with friends and family to help others during a difficult time.

For every Sunday Christmas party booking of six people or more in December, Bistrot Pierre will gift a free three-course meal to a carer or charity user nominated by the Sefton Advocacy Centre. The meal will be redeemable throughout January 2023.
