Southport killer Axel Rudakubana is still able to enjoy treats in prison such as Maltesers and crisps just weeks after allegedly throwing scalding hot water over a prison guard.

Rudakubana, 18, is serving a 52-year-sentence for the murders of Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancome, seven, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, on July 29 last year.
