Southampton fans have rallied behind the reported imminent arrival of former Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch at St Mary's.
Following Nathan Jones' departure last week, it appears that the south coast club have not waited long to get his replacement through the door. The Welshman left the Saints bottom of the Premier League after a three-month spell saw him win only one game.
Marsch left Leeds just before Jones as a 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground proved to be the final straw for the Whites board. The club are without a win in the top-flight since a 4-3 victory over Bournemouth back in November and the decision was made to part ways with the American coach.

The Athletic have now reported that Marsch is set replace Jones at St Mary's, meaning that he will return to Premier League management within two weeks of his Elland Road departure.
There was unanimous agreement among Southampton fans that Jones' time was up - and had been for some while - as they now look to start their fight against the drop under a new head coach. Although Marsch's seemingly imminent arrival would have caught many off guard - supporters know that they all need to pull together for the remainder of the season if they are to have any chance of staying up.
As the news broke regarding Marsch's potential move to the south coast, supporters took to social media to support the former Leeds man in their relegation fight.
