South London teacher who took pupil to Travelodge for sex is banned for life

A south London teacher and convicted sex offender has received a lifetime ban after exploiting a pupil and taking her to a Travelodge for sex.

The Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) confirmed that 27-year-old Waleed Nasir will never teach again following a tribunal hearing.
