South Lanarkshire local election candidates have been confirmed

Scottish National party Scottish Labour Party Scottish Greens Scottish Liberal Democrats South Lanarkshire Lanarkshire Labour and Cooperative Party UKIP Scottish Family Party Alba Party

Scottish local elections are coming up and the list of candidates who are running in South Lanarkshire has been revealed.

The elections will be held on May 5 and voters can choose who they want to represent them in their wards.

For the 20 wards in South Lanarkshire, there will be 64 councillors chosen.
