South Lanarkshire Council aims to deliver over 1000 affordable homes by 2027.

At the Executive Committee meeting on November 30, plans were unveiled for the council’s Home+ programme which aims to supply 1300 extra affordable homes by March 31, 2027.

Councillors on the committee approved the plans which adds to the council’s affordable supply programme Home+, which has also modernised existing homes and made them among the most energy efficient in the country, through double glazing and better insulation.
