Bestselling author Sophie Kinsella has revealed she is undergoing treatment for an aggressive form of brain cancer.

The novelist, 54, real name Madeleine Sophie Wickham, is best known for her Shopaholic series. In excess of 45 million copies of her books have been sold in more than 60 countries.
