FAQs
Does Sonos offer free shipping?
Yes, Sonos offers free standard shipping on all orders, no matter the cost. Orders should generally arrive within 4 working days (so long as you place your order before 11am and the product is in stock). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll be sent tracking information so you can keep an eye on when your items should arrive.
Can I get a Sonos student discount?
If you're studying and can verify your status with a valid Student Beans account, you can get 15% off your Sonos orders. Just create or sign in to an account through the portal on the brand's website, and once your status has been confirmed, you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout.
Is my Sonos product covered by a warranty?
All Sonos products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment, covering you against any defects in any materials, workmanship or manufacturing. Should you run into issues, you can file a claim and the brand will replace your device (as long as it is a result of a defect and not wear and tear). You can find more details on the Sonos website.
Does Sonos sell refurbished tech?
Sonos sells a range of refurbished products, covering headphones, speakers, soundbars and more that have been inspected, tested and restored to like-new condition by its team of experts. Items here can be sold at up to $200 off versus the price of buying brand new, plus you're covered by the same 1-year warranty to protect you against any faults, making this a handy way to save if you don't mind minor cosmetic blemishes.
What’s Sonos’ returns policy?
You can return your Sonos order within 30 days of it for a full refund, even including the original cost of shipping. Products need to be returned in new or like-new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. To get started, contact the Sonos team and they will provide a pre-paid shipping label to save you on any return shipping costs.
Sonos Saving Tips
Watch for seasonal sales
Like many tech brands, Sonos is no stranger to a sale around key holidays including Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We've previously seen the brand offer up to 30% off selected items during sales periods, which can mean as much as $200 off certain speakers and soundbars. Here at PC Gamer, we keep a close eye on the latest Sonos sales, so check in whenever you're looking for a saving to see the latest low prices.
Upgrade and save
Looking to replace your current Sonos device with something top-of-the-line? You can get up to 30% off selected new devices if you already own and use a Sonos product, letting you save a little extra if you're an existing customer trying to keep up with new releases. You don't even need to trade in your old product to qualify - just verify which Sonos devices you currently have, and the brand will assign upgrade credit to your account ready to redeem at the checkout as a thank you for remaining a customer.
Get a frontline worker discount
If you're a frontline or healthcare worker, including police, fire services and ambulance crews, you can save 15% on your orders by verifying your employment status through ID.Me. Just create or sign in to your account and you'll be sent a one-off code to add at the checkout.
Shop last chance
If you don't need the newest models, you can shop the Sonos Last Chance section, where the brand sells the last of older stock it is hoping to clear, sometimes at up to 20% off. Although you won't find the most cutting-edge devices here, this is a good place to shop if you're not too fussed about all the latest features and want the chance of some extra savings.
Subscribe to emails
You can keep up with all the latest Sonos news, including info on products and promotions, by signing up to the brand's email mailing list through its site. Just provide your email address of choice, and you'll start receiving messages, which will also include the occasional exclusive saving.

How we source coupon codes
All the codes you see on PC Gamer have been sourced by our dedicated coupons team. Using our affiliate networks, partnerships with brands, and the world wide web, we track down the latest and best coupon codes and ways to save on your online orders. Our pages are updated multiple times a week, and our commercial team also uses their connections to negotiate exclusive codes with big name brands, so you can find all the best available codes and promotions listed in one place.
How we test coupon codes
To ensure that every code you see is ready to use, our team tests each one before uploading it to a page. Whether it's for free shipping, a multibuy offer, a student discount, or savings in the sales, we check that the code can be applied at the checkout and works as described. We don’t include any one-time or user-specific codes, so you haven’t got to worry about anyone else beating you to the punch, and you’ll find codes for products across all kinds of categories.
We also include all the information about a coupon, such as terms and conditions and the expiry date, on the page below the offer description. Simply click ‘Terms & Conditions’ and you’ll expand the code box, where you’ll be able to read any specific instructions or requirements associated with your chosen coupon. We do our best to update this information whenever any changes are made, with each page checked at least twice a week.
What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Despite our best efforts, sometimes coupons won’t work as expected. Expiry dates and terms and conditions can be changed by the retailer, or the code may simply no longer be accepted. Should you run into any issues, don’t worry - our customer service team is available to offer support.
The first port of call should always be to check the coupon’s terms and conditions to make sure you meet all requirements. Codes may be product-specific (i.e. 5% off gaming laptops), require a minimum order value (i.e. when you spend $50 or more), or need you to verify your status (i.e. verify with a valid military email address). Click the ‘terms & conditions’ text below the ‘Get Code’ button to view all available information.
If you’re still having issues once you’ve confirmed that you meet the necessary requirements, you can get in touch with our team by sending an email to coupons.pcgamer@futurenet.com. Include a summary of which code you tried to use, where you found it, and what went wrong, and we’ll reply as soon as we can to help out.
How we make money
PC Gamer earns money from its coupon pages through a commission model. We have deals in place with every retailer that has a corresponding coupon page on our site. When you shop with one of these retailers and use one of our codes to get a discount, the brand will pay us a percentage of the final order total in commission.
Using this model means that redeeming a discount through PC Gamer never costs you a thing. We don’t charge any fees to apply a code, and all our money is made directly from retailers, not our audience. You’ll only ever pay for the products or services you buy, with lower prices just as they’re described on the page.
