Lily Allen and David Harbour have sold their famous Brooklyn townhouse for $7.3 million after slashing the price by almost $700,000 earlier this month.
After separating, the singer and Stranger Things actor put their five-bedroom brownstone on the market for $7,995,000 (£5.95m) in October last year.
