Social media users have reacted to Piers Morgan's highly-anticipated interview with Donald Trump. It's the first in a series called 'Uncensored' hosted by the presenter every Monday night at 8pm on newly launched channel TalkTV, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch.
It's understood Morgan is heading up the show as part of a £50m, three-year deal, according to Daily Mirror. It comes a year on from his exit from Good Morning Britain following a row over Meghan Markle.
In the first episode, Morgan faced the former US president Trump in an explosive interview. No topic was off the table, with the election against current president Joe Biden and what Trump said to Vladimir Putin about the Russian invasion of Ukraine discussed among other areas. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are discussed in part two, airing at the same time on Tuesday (April 26).
