More rain for flood hit region set to stall recovery

Waterlogged, mud-coated belongings have been cleaned out of properties, flood waste removed and major infrastructure is being repaired.

But recovery work may be stalled and roads cut off again as a days-long deluge strikes a flood-weary region.
