THE SNP, Sinn Fein and Plaid Cymru have joined forces to sign an historic self-determination declaration to place pressure on Westminster.
Scottish First Minister John Swinney, Welsh first minister Rhun ap Iorwerth and Northern Ireland first minister Michelle O'Neill held a landmark press conference in Cardiff on Monday morning to sign a memorandum of understanding as they declared “Westminster’s time is coming to an end”.
