THE SNP have invited Prime Minister Andy Burnham to visit their party conference when he visits Scotland on Friday.
The Labour leader is due to travel north of the Border as part of a call for Holyrood to devolve powers to councils, it is understood. The Prime Minister previously pledged to visit Scotland as part of a "listening tour" across the UK in August, but never did so.
