Around 30,000 kids will be "locked in poverty" in Scotland if action is not taken soon, a new report has revealed.
According to the Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) think thank the Scottish Government will miss its current poverty targets.
The SNP /Green government's aim is that by 2030 less than 10 per cent of children across the county should be living in relative poverty.
