Snoop Dogg Launches Online Cannabis Marketplace Featuring THCA Flower And Smoking Accessories

Legendary rapper and long-time marijuana advocate, Snoop Dogg is expanding his Smoke Weed Every Day (S.W.E.D.) cannabis empire with the launch of the e-commerce site SWED.com. The new direct-to-consumer marketplace opened at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 4 and it features various hemp-derived products, smoking accessories and more.

The e-commerce launch builds off the successful openings of a S.W.E.D. dispensary in Los Angeles and a coffee shop in Amsterdam over the summer, bringing his passion for cannabis to the digital space.

“The holidays are all about sharing, and this year, I’m sharing access to S.W.E.D. with the world,” stated Snoop Dogg. “Whether you’re shopping in person or online, for yourself or someone on your list, you’ll find the same high-quality products I enjoy every day no matter where you are.”

The online store will also offer a curated selection of authentic Snoop Dogg and Death Row Records branded hemp-derived cannabis products, THCA flower, premium tobacco cigars and wraps as well as limited-edition lifestyle merchandise available to consumers nationwide. THCA is a non-psychoactive precursor to THC. But guess what? When heated by smoking or vaping, THCA transforms to THC – or the cannabinoid credited for getting "high." Death Row Records THCA flower in several strains – Animal Cookies, Gary Payton, Ice Cream Cake, Loud Loopz and Sherb in a 3.5 gram jar for $45.00 are coming soon to the new marketplace. While the rest of the products will be available for delivery across the U.S., the THCA products can't be shipped to Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Idaho, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island and South Dakota, writes Forbes.

SWED.com will also serve as a directory for S.W.E.D.’s physical dispensaries, providing information for the Los Angeles and Amsterdam stores, as well as other soon-to-be launched locations. More products are expected to be added as they are certified by Snoop Dogg.

Snoop recently revealed this secret to smoking weed. In an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Snoop revealed a staffer's role in ensuring that his smoking partners reach their limit safely, preventing them from overindulging.
