Sneh Rana credits Harmanpreet Kaur's late strikes for turning contest

MUMBAI: She was named as the 'Player of the match' after taking seven for 119 (3-56 & 4-63), but India's off-spinning all-rounder Sneh Rana was prompt to recognize that it was the double strike of her captain Harmanpreet Kaur late on Day Three which was the "turning point" in the Indian women team's historic eight-wicket Test victory over Australia at the Wankhede Stadium.

Ending Australia's resurgence with the bat, Harman, bowling after a long time, dismissed both the visitors' vice-captain (Tahlia McGrath, 73) and captain (Alyssa Healy (32) with her loopy off-spinners to bring relief to India, after the Aussies, having wiped out their first-innings deficit of 187 runs, had taken a slender lead.
