Ecommerce marketplace Snapdeal’s parent company AceVector listed on Monday at a nearly 12% discount , opening at Rs 28.32 on the NSE against the IPO (initial public offer) price of Rs 32. Its shares closed at Rs 26.10 on Monday.
AceVector's Rs 420 crore IPO comprised Rs 287 crore in fresh capital and a Rs 133 crore offer-for-sale (OFS) component in which investors, including SoftBank, Nexus Venture Partners, and Foxconn, sold their shares.
