Smug Graham Dwyer had a "spring in his step" in prison on Wednesday as he sported a new, tight haircut, the Irish Mirror can reveal.
The 49-year-old - serving life after being convicted of the murder of Elaine O'Hara in 2012 - is a happier man on the A3 landing in the Midlands Prison following his victory at the European Court of Justice, sources said.
On Tuesday the top court ruled in favour of the twisted convicted killer who challenged the State's use of mobile phone data at his trial.
