Smart, a joint venture between Mercedes-Benz and Geely, has unveiled a new electric city car at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The two-seater concept claims to offer a 180-mile range at a starting price of under £20,000. The electric car is scheduled to launch in the UK in early 2027.
The Smart #2 is a compact two-seater designed for urban driving. The new model brings updated electric vehicle technology, a redesigned safety structure and a dedicated electric platform, as the brand looks to revive its city car heritage.
