However, people may be craving something sweet when eating healthier and fortunately healthy foodie @cakeontherun shared a breakfast recipe which could help curb those yearnings. It's great for a treat for those who're looking to eat a little better.

Slimming World and Weight Watchers fans are now praising the "game-changing" cinnamon and raisin baked oats recipe, reports Edinburgh Live. Made with just a handful of basic ingredients, you can bake it in the oven but can fling it in the microwave for just 90 seconds if you're short on time (or have slept in).
The single-serving oaty delight is made in a mug and will remind you of cake - it can even be made vegan-friendly and gluten-free with just a few tweaks.
Here's how to make for yourself:
Cinnamon and raisin baked oats recipe (serves 1)
Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 2 tbsp any plain yoghurt + 1 tbsp extra to serve
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sultanas or raisins
Method:
- Put everything into a mug and mix
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds (or 20 minutes in the oven on 180C/ 350F/gas mark 4).
- Tip the cake out onto a plate, top with extra yoghurt and enjoy straight away.
