KOCHI: Minnu Mani has been living a dream, quite literally, and that feeling of realizing her ambition of playing for India hasn't sunk in yet for the Kerala all-rounder even after returning home from Bangladesh after an impressive performance in her maiden international T20I series in Mirpur.
While Minnu admits that the call-up to the Indian team came out of the blue, the girl from the tribal hamlet of Choyimoola in Wayanad was in for a bigger surprise when the team management decided to include her in the playing XI.
