England prop Ellis Genge has spoken of the "horrible" moment when he saw Italy flanker Sebastian Negri choking on the floor in the Six Nations match in Rome.
Negri received lengthy medical treatment after was hurt during a second-half collision with Nick Isiekwe.
It was Genge who alerted medics to the gravity of situation, and he has now revealed the frightening events that unfolded.
