Six Nations 2022 fixtures in full, kick-off times and TV details for round four

The Six Nations returned after a two week hiatus for an exciting third round of matches this weekend with three pivotal games in the race for the Championship.

France sealed their status as grand-slam contenders with a 17-36 win over Scotland at Murrayfield with all their star names in scintillating form in what was a statement victory for Les Bleus.

Meanwhile, England saw off a late Welsh challenge to beat their arch-rivals 23-19 at Twickenham in a game that should have been put out of the reach of Wales long before the dramatic closing stages saw the visitors nearly snatch victory.

Finally, there were bemusing scenes as Italy were reduced to 12 men in the closing stages against Ireland as they succumbed to a 57-6 defeat at the Aviva, keeping Ireland as the main contender to topple the French with England close behind.

There is another two week break now before the only Friday night game in this year's tournament takes place on March 11 with France playing host to Wales.

This comes before Scotland travel to Italy and England welcome former star Andy Farrell and his Ireland team back to Twickenham.

The tournament is rounded off with Super Saturday as it has been coined with Wales vs Italy followed by Ireland vs Scotland and then a game between France and England that could very well decide the destination of the Six Nations Championship.
