The PGA Tour event will be held in Royal Liverpool, July 20-23. Former Georgia golfer Sepp Straka won the John Deere Classic ahead of the year’s final major.
The 151st Open Championship will feature a $16.5 million purse. The winner of the final major of the year will take home $3.0 million.
