Sister Wives' Meri Brown has been praised by fans after sharing a "secret" to feeling worthy, which comes four months after her split from Kody.
Meri, 52, revealed in December 2022 that her polyamorous relationship with husband Kody Brown was over after more than 30 years together.
The former couple tied the knot in 1990 before 53-year-old Kody introduced three more wives — Janelle, Christine and Robyn Brown — into their family.
Prior to Meri leaving Kody, Janelle and Christine also split from Kody the year before in 2021.
But Meri seems to be thriving, with the TV personality, entrepreneur and owner of Lizzie's Heritage Inn & Online Clothing Boutique, sharing a "secret" with her 836,000 followers.
Meri, who rose to fame on the TLC show, shared a glamorous selfie with her adoring fans and teased: "Let me tell you a secret...."
"The version of you that you are right now is why you have what you have," she went on.
Meri added: "If you want something different, you need to do something different, and become someone different.
"The big dreams you have will require a new and improved version of yourself.
"Don't give up on yourself. Do something daily that will move you closer to your dreams and goals. You're worthy of achieving it!"
Fans were quick to flock to the comments to show their support to Meri, with one person writing: "Wow you look great. I hope you are doing well."
"Good advice. I'm going to take heed," penned a second, while a third added: "Being single suits you well. You look fabulous!"
And a fourth person wrote: "Meri, you are a strong and brave woman who's had the courage to change your [sic] situation and thrive in that chance. Congratulations!"
Meri's apparent show of happiness and positivity comes after fans recently speculated that Meri might have been "unhappy and lonely", following on from her former sister wife Christine's engagement.
Last month Meri did an Instagram Live with her friend Jenn Sullivan, with fans quick to spot that she appeared to "intoxicated".
Hitting back at the critics and putting them straight, Meri explained that she wasn't drunk, but was instead "happy".
"Am I drunk or just happy?" she asked. "That is called happiness. A lot of people don't know how to do one without the other, I personally do and so does Jen!"
