Sister's heartbreaking tribute to young dad who died in horror motorbike crash

The sister of a young dad who died in a horror motorbike crash in Wigan has paid a tribute. Charlie Brogan came off his Yamaha bike on Spring Road - near the Heinz factory - at around 2.45pm yesterday (Wednesday). The 21-year-old tragically died at the scene.

Charlie's sister Carla Brogan described him as a 'loving, caring character' who 'would go out of his way to do anything for anyone'. She said he loved going out on motorbikes and crosser bikes.
