Olivia Wilde risked a run-in with Florence Pugh at the star-studded 13th Governors Awards held at Fairmont Century Plaza - just one day after reports of her split with Harry Styles.
The director, 38, stepped onto the red carpet in a dramatic gown with a plunging neckline and delicate lace details.
The show-stopping gown featured a black sheer layer over the top of a white tulle gown underneath.
Adding extra elegance, Olivia teamed her outfit with a low rise cape that was attached to elbow-length sleeves.
Showing off her natural beauty, Olivia opted for a neutral make up palette.
Olivia's Don't Worry Darling co-star Florence also got the sheer memo and stepped onto the red carpet in style.
The Little Women actress stunned in an elegant semi-sheer white gown designed by Victoria Beckham.
The dress featured silk panels over her chest and hips with polka dot patterns scattered across it.
She slicked her short do back behind her ears and added a gold statement necklace.
The two women walked the same carpet following the drama and the "stolen kiss" that Florence allegedly shared with former flame Harry - Olivia's now ex partner.
The release of Olivia's film Don't Worry Darling kicked off rumours about the two women's alleged feud.
However, Olivia squashed these claims in an interview with Vanity Fair magazine in September.
"Florence's performance in this film is astounding. It's just baffling to me that the media would rather focus on baseless rumors and gossip, thereby overshadowing her profound talent,' she had informed the publication," she said.
Olivia was joined by fellow stars Cate Blanchett and Jennifer Lawrence, who both looked equally as stunning.
Cate, 53, made a statement in a light pink tulle gown with an asymmetric black blazer stitched into it.
Jennifer, 32, kept things classic and wore a black strappy dress with a cream floral print.
According to People magazine, the couple are "taking a break" from their two year relationship after they struggled to make their busy schedules work.
"He's still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in L.A," they told the publication.
"It's a very amicable decision," they added.
"They're still very close friends," said another source.
Olivia's ex nanny has been sticking her oar in to their split, saying that she's "ecstatic" that they have broken up.
"That’s what happens when the ugly finally comes out!" the nanny told the Daily Mail. "I am beyond ecstatic that Harry dropped her like a hot potato!"
The couple haven't confirmed the split, and it's unclear who ended things.
This isn't the first time that the outspoken nanny has taken aim at Olivia.
She claimed that Olivia's ex partner of nine years Jason Sudeikis lay in front of her car after hearing she was going to see Harry.
