Westminster council has been accused of showing a “disturbing disregard” for elderly tenants living in another borough after they were served eviction notices because the town hall is buying their homes to use as temporary accommodation.
More than 30 households in Garden Court, Richmond have been issued “no fault” Section 21 notices, a process which is being banned on May 1.
