Simon Jordan has lambasted Tottenham boss Antonio Conte for his comments after Nottingham Forest knocked his side out of the Carabao Cup.
Second-half goals from Renan Lodi and Jesse Lingard secured a surprise win for the hosts on Wednesday evening. The Reds will be in the hat for tonight's fourth round draw.
After the final whistle Conte told the media that star striker Harry Kane was "really, really tired" when he substituted him off in the 59th minute. He added that it was a "really difficult" situation to manage this season with multiple injuries to his attacking core ahead of the winter World Cup.

"In the future I hope we don’t face another situation like this," he told Football.London. "Not only for me, I think these are the thoughts of every coach, every manager.
"Then for sure if you have a strong, strong squad you can build a strong squad in the years and we have just started to try to build a good squad. Then you can face this much better, this situation with these injuries. For us it was difficult because I repeat many injuries and in this moment to play the same players was a risk."
After hearing Conte's comments, Jordan criticised managers that "constantly" complain about tiredness, calling it "preposterous". He also attacked the "narrative" of fatigue that rears its head whenever a team loses.
"We have to constantly hear about how tired the players are when there's a summer tournament," the former Crystal Palace chairman told talkSPORT. "Now we have a beginning of the season tournament and they're tired too.
"So now we are yet again listening to how players are tired. Okay, wheel Martin Keown in and he can tell us why they're tired or not tired. I do find it preposterous.
"It seems to me there's a constant narrative that whenever someone doesn't want to do something or get an outcome they wanted, everybody's tired. You don't hear about people being tired when things are going precisely their way."
