Simon Cowell's changed face as Britain's Got Talent returns to TV

After many rounds of cosmetic treatment over the years, Simon Cowell now looks rather different. The star was seen posing at the Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards. The 62-year-old music mogul was with his America's Got Talent co-stars Terry Crews, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum.

Simon was wearing his usual grey long-sleeved top and black trousers. But his face has changed over the years after the star admitted he had recently ditched fillers, Birmingham Live reports.

He revealed that he had gone too far with the cosmetic treatment, and so had all of the fillers removed. Simon has also recently lost three stone in weight.

Speaking about his diet to The Sun, he said: “Look, I will tell you what I did. I did see a doctor in Harley Street. He specialises in a certain kind of diet.

“He did my blood work and pee and all the rest of it, and a month later the results came in and his words were, ‘You have the worst diet out of all the clients I have ever seen in my life — you have a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s.’

“It was just pies. So he sent me a list of things I can’t eat, and that included red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten. And I pretty much stuck to it.”

Simon has recovered from a horrific e-bike crash that saw him break an arm and fear he wouldn't walk again. The star was bed-bound for a month and still has metal pins in his back.

Britain's Got Talent starts on Saturday April 16 on ITV1.
