Simon Cowell looked totally different as he joined a line-up of stars at Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards.
The music mogul, 62, rocked his usual grey long-sleeved top and black trousers as he posed with his America's Got Talent co-stars Terry Crews, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum.
He sported a hand brace on his left arm after he injured his arm in an e-bike crash earlier this year.
The star also looked fresh-faced after removing the fillers that he had done to his face over the years.
AGT also won the prize for Favourite Reality Show and beat American Idol, Kids Baking Championship, LEGO Masters, The Masked Singer, and Wipeout.
Simon's attendance at the awards show comes after he revealed he will be stepping back from fillers as it left him looking like 'something out of a horror film'.
He told The Sun : "There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all.
"Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero."
Simon recently branded himself a 'bit of a nutter' after his second e-bike crash in 18 months.
The reality TV also vowed to wear a helmet in future and spoke out publicly in February after his fall.
Simon was rushed to hospital and sustained a fractured arm after skidding at 20mph and flying over his handlebars into the middle of the road.
Speaking for the first time after his terrifying accident earlier this year, Simon told the MailOnline today: "I'm OK. I'm feeling much better thank you.
"It happened just round the corner. I'm a bit of a nutter. I'll definitely wear a helmet next time."

The dad had to be helped by three onlookers who stopped the traffic while an ambulance was called to the scene.
Simon was then rushed straight to the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and given an x-ray which revealed his fractured arm.
Meanwhile, his long-running competition series BGT will be returning to our screens on April 16.
According to the snippet recently released, the show will feature dog tricks, a magician, and even a dinosaur.
Familiar faces are on the show with Simon, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon back in the judging seats.
