Simon Cowell made a joke about his face, saying that he will have to change it "again".
The Britain's Got Talent judge stunned fans last year as they tuned into the show for the live semi-final to see Simon's face look drastically different.
Fans were surprised by “the state of” his face as they expressed concern for the star with one writing: “What’s happened to Simon Cowell's face? It’s like it’s sliding downwards!”
Simon's cosmetic decisions have come under a lot of scrutiny over the years, but the music mogul has revealed that he is his own worst critic as he vowed never to have Botox again.
The 63-year-old has previously confessed he has "gone a bit far" with his fillers and reportedly decided to have it all removed after his appearance left his son Eric “in hysterics”.
The former X Factor judge revealed he would be stepping back from fillers as it left him looking like “something out of a horror film”.
And now, the ITV star made a joke at his own expense on Saturday night's show.
An act impressed the judges after he made a picture of Albert Einstein and judge Bruno Tonioli out of Rubik Cubes.
Simon asked: "How the hell did you do that?"
Whilst the act replied: "Practice, lots of different faces. It turns out you have a really difficult face to make Rubik Cubes out of."
"I will change my face," Simon quipped "again".
He was met by laughter from his fellow judges and viewers.
"I change my face…again Simon [laugh emoji] #BGT," wrote one fan.
Another quipped: "Simon's changes his face more time than he changes his keks."
Speaking about his face, Simon told The Sun: “There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all.
“Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”
He has never admitted to going under the knife but said as far back as 2008 that having Botox was as commonplace as brushing his teeth.
He told Glamour: “To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares?”
But subsequently speaking of his regret at opting to pump his face with fillers, he said: “Hopefully I look better now – I probably did have a little too much Botox a couple of years ago, because everyone on TV has it.
“Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment. I have a girl who comes here and does a great face massage – it's very relaxing.”
