Silverburn Glasgow to get new restaurant and balcony bar by popular Ayrshire chain

Silverburn shoppers will soon have the option to tuck into delicious Scottish cuisine when they want a break from the sales after confirmation a new restaurant is coming to the centre.

From the Ayrshire hospitality chain behind the likes of popular restaurants The Drunken Coo Steakhouse, Hollybush Inn, Arthur Street Kitchen and Stage Door Cafe comes the Stailinn Scottish Kitchen, which is due to welcome in customers later this summer.

Stailinn will occupy unit 72b in Silverburn, above the newly opened Heavenly Desserts - which you can read more about here.

As reported by Ayrshire Live, the owners behind the exciting new venture recently posted on social media: " When you dream of opening a new restaurant, that dream has to be in the busiest shopping mall in Scotland and one of the busiest in the UK.

"We are delighted to announce Stailinn Scottish Kitchen... coming to Silverburn later this summer.

"Stailinn will have a Balcony Bar, seated restaurant and a Just Eat collection area."

Ayr's Drunken Coo steakhouse has been a huge hit since opening on the Ayrshire coast last year, with scores of rave reviews.
