Signing for a neighbour's parcel could mean you end up in court

Many of us will now be ordering presents for loved ones in the run-up to Christmas.

But with hectic lifestyles, we can often miss deliveries if we're out at work, shopping, or a number of other places.

Often, you will find a card through your door which says your package has been delivered to a neighbour. And there will no doubt be times when you asked to sign to receive a parcel intended for someone else.
