Sienna Spiro arrived at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards in custom Valentino, choosing a romantic, softly constructed gown for her first VMAs appearance. The British singer-songwriter walked the red carpet in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 27, styled with Chopard jewelry and Jimmy Choo shoes. She went on to perform and win Best New Artist.
The Valentino gown stood out on a carpet that leaned heavily toward corsetry, sheer panels and body-conscious cuts. One outlet described the dress as a tiered burgundy gown with a romantic quality, and another called it a sheer crimson lace design. Spiro's Valentino look ran in a warmer, more traditional direction than much of the evening's lace-and-leather styling, and its deep red tone set her apart from the black and metallic looks around her.
