Luxury meets accessibility through the latest high-end and fast-fashion designer partnership — Siedrés and Mango. After a successful collaboration with Victoria Beckham, the Spanish retailer tapped the Turkish brand to create a summer capsule inspired by the 2000s beach club era, defined by inviting yet sultry patterns, vibrant hues and bohemian silhouettes. The collection is brilliantly comprised of 51 pieces that are ideal for the season, from knitted and floral-print dresses to baby, halter-neck crop tops.
Ceylin Türkkan Bilge, creative director and cofounder of Siedrés, viewed this opportunity as the chance to broaden the brand's audience and make its pieces more accessible. The collection depicts the designer's signature use of crochet and embroidery with unconventional color combinations to really evoke the spirit of summer.
"We drew on festive colors that bring a sense of joy and celebration, mirroring the lively palettes we love to use," she explains. "Silhouettes such as flowy dresses and playful skirts are staples in our brand and are prominently featured in this collection. These styles capture the carefree, vibrant essence of summer, which is central to our design ethos. We've created a collection that feels authentically us."
While figure-flattering dresses are certainly the heroes of the edit, other pieces like teeny bikinis, strappy sandals and raffia handbags are just as important to your summer wardrobe. Not to mention low-waist denim pants, which happen to be her favorite piece. "They capture the iconic Y2K-style with a modern twist, blending nostalgia with contemporary fashion," she adds.
