JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Royals can heave a sigh of relief as the preparation for their home games in the city has finally begun. In a reply to a letter by Rajasthan State Sports Council (RSSC) regarding hosting of Indian Premier League (IPL) matches without any involvement of the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said that they have 'considered the request'.
The apex cricket body has given its nod to the sports council to hold IPL 2024 matches jointly with the Royals 'as per mutually agreed terms and conditions, supported by the Rajasthan government'.
