Sick of cable? This is what I use to cut the cord

Editor's Note: As of Oct. 31, 2025, YouTube TV has lost Disney and ESPN. This article was written when Disney-owned networks were still part of YouTube TV's offering. We expect this to be a temporary change, but just bear this factor in mind when determining how to best cut the cord.

I cut the cord for YouTube TV years ago. But this year, I decided to test all of the best live TV streaming services for Tom's Guide, so I could determine which one was the best, and possibly even ditch my current service.
