Last season, the Chicago Bulls got bounced in the Play-In Tournament, and heading into the summer, one of the biggest holes on their roster was the point guard position. Lonzo Ball hasn’t played since the 2021-22 season and is slated to miss all of next year, too. They signed Jevon Carter and re-signed both Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu, but none are high-level starters.
In turn, the Bulls could potentially look to get creative with some of the lineups they roll out next year. Carter could get the start, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see Billy Donovan go to some lineups with no traditional point guards on the floor.
