There is a shopping centre owned by King Charles III that is just a short distance from Liverpool.
The aptly named Crown Point Shopping Park in Leeds is a two hour drive from Liverpool City Centre and is actually in the property portfolio of The Crown Estate and Duchy of Lancaster. The retail centre boasts an Asda, Boots, Poundland, Subway and Home Bargains.
Located in the south side of Leeds city centre, it is also home to a Benson for Beds, M&S, Specsavers and a Pets At Home. Meaning you could say the King owns his own Home Bargains and a Subway.

While The Crown Estate belongs to the King it isn't his private property. He can't sell it – nor does the money made on the estate belong to His Majesty.
Surplus revenue made on The Crown Estate, which is managed by an independent organisation, is paid to the Treasury. It was previously owned by the late Queen Elizabeth II and one day it will be passed on to Prince William.
The Crown Estate dates back more than 260 years and was established by an Act of Parliament. Money made from properties on the Crown Estate does not go to the Head of State - it goes to the Treasury. Over the last ten years, this has totalled £3bn.
The portfolio also includes golf courses, farms and 3,100 hectares of woodland. Read more about The Crown Estate here.
