As Christmas season is officially upon us, many people will be preparing a list of all the ingredients they need to pick up from the shop to indulge in festive feasts.
One woman may have found the solution to all your Christmas carrot needs after finding an absolute whopper while shopping at a convenience store in Devon.
The baffled customer shared a picture of the enormous root vegetable to Reddit and its humungous size has left people in stitches.
Captioning the incredible shot, the person wrote: "Absolute unit of a carrot. Found at a local convenience store in Paignton, Devon."
The picture attached shows her holding the huge carrot which looks to be a struggle for just one person to hold.
With a carrot of this size, it's no surprise that people are finding the funny side - with many making the same rude jokes in the comments section.
One person joked: "Got anymore.....asking for a friend".
Another baffled commenter wondered if this could be a question of size proportion, as they asked: "Are you just very small with a regular sized carrot?"
Another person quipped: "I estimate it to be around 6 inches."
However, other Redditors were quick to comment on how long it would take somebody to chomp through the mammoth carrot as somebody stated: "Oh mate I absolutely love nibbling carrots at work. This would last me a shift."
While a person replied to him by saying: "You'd smash this in a shift! Your night vision would be like daytime."
A third suggested: "Forget seeing in the dark, if you eat that you’ll be able to see through walls."
