Shop boss threatened to stab bouncer in neck after being thrown out Falkirk pub

A shop boss who threatened to stab a bouncer in the neck after being thrown out of pub dodged a jail sentence today.

John McCormack, 42, told door steward Andrew Paterson, "Don't f****** push me. I'll stab a blade in your neck."

When Mr Paterson turned away, McCormack kicked him to the rear of the right leg.
