iPhone 17 'scratch gate' is real – and it's worse than I thought

Scratched iPhone Air.

Update 23/09: Being the committed investigative journalist that I am, today I walked the whole five minutes from my office to my local Apple Store to see if 'scratch gate' is real, or if the whole thing has been overblown.

Readers, it's real. Take one look at my photos below and I think you'll agree that Apple has a problem on its hands. In the sanctity of the Apple Store is where these products supposedly look their best. If this is the iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro at their best, I hope I never see them at their worst.
