New Delhi: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Mundka area of the capital. A 12-year-old minor, who was a witness in a rape case, was brutally thrashed by two minors.
Later the accused took the boy near the railway line, killed him by slitting his throat and threw the body on the track and fled away.
According to preliminary information, the deceased minor was a witness in a rape case. After his testimony, the accused was sent to the Child Correctional Centre.
The accused was released from the Centre only four months back. It is said that the accused was angry with the minor and wanted to take revenge.
